Dr. Eisig is Chief of Hospital Dental Service at New York - Presbyterian Hospital, and the George Guttmann Professor and Director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at both the Hospital and Columbia University’s College of Dental Medicine. He received his dental degree from New York University and then completed his general dental internship and residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, and The New York Hospital - Cornell Medical Center, respectively. Dr. Eisig received additional training as the maxillofacial surgery fellow at Shock Trauma at the University of Maryland Hospital. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and volunteers abroad by treating patients with cleft lip and palate on Healing the Children missions to South American countries. He practices full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery, with a particular interest in orthognathic, craniofacial and cleft palate surgery, maxillofacial pathology and reconstruction, and pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Grbic is Professor and Director of the Division of Oral Biology and the Center for Clinical Research in Dentistry at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He has published numerous articles in the scientific literature and has been an investigator in clinical trials of new modalities of periodontal treatment. His research interests include the diagnosis, pathogenesis and pharmacotherapeutic management of periodontal diseases, and the interaction between systemic and oral health. Dr. Grbic’ has practiced over 20 years and his special expertise includes periodontics (surgical and non-surgical), and implantology. He is married to Susan Grbic and they have two sons.
